Vice President
With a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Maryland at Baltimore County and more than 30 years of industry experience, Pat is an accomplished engineer in both the administration and the mechanics of building and construction. A BCA certified commissioning professional, Pat specializes in building research and assessment, code compliance and energy audits as well as construction management and administrative processes. He has successfully led the commissioning of many highly complex projects, ranging from LEED certified to Platinum rated developments.
