Chairman of the Board
With an impressive 45-plus years of MEP experience under his belt, Howard is in a unique position to blend traditional values and modern technologies through engineering science. Howard, an Electric Engineering graduate from the University of Maryland and a holder of M.S. in Engineering Administration from George Washington University, has led the company to excel in the sphere of engineering over the last few decades. His accolades include designing some of the area’s most complex construction projects, leading the quality assurance and quality control techniques in the construction industry and providing leadership and guidance on LEED processes during the early years of sustainable initiatives.
Member of Consultant Engineers Council (CEC), Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Lightning Protection Institute US Green Building Council, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
